Frequently Asked Questions
Got questions? We've got answers.
14 days. You pick a plan at signup and the trial runs on that plan, so the limits and features you try are the ones you would be paying for. We do collect card details up front, but nothing is charged until day 15 - cancel before then and you pay nothing.
Yes. You keep everything until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that you get a limited window where the account is still open but read-only: you can sign in, look anything up and download your records, you just cannot add or change anything. Once that window closes, access pauses - the account owner can still sign in to start the subscription again, but nobody can get at the data until they do. Turn it back on and everything is there as you left it.
It depends on the plan - the pricing page has the current numbers. Worth knowing: people who only use the phone app on the floor are counted separately from people using it at a computer, so handing your operators a scanner does not use up your office logins.
Yes. You set up your own job titles and tick what each one is allowed to do - who can edit parts, book in stock, sign off orders, see what things cost, or change settings. You can also make any order over a dollar amount you choose wait for someone to approve it.
Your shop gets its own separate account, and no other customer can reach your data - that separation is built into how the data is stored, not just checked by the software. Everything is encrypted, both travelling to and from your browser and sitting on our servers, and we back it up every day. Passwords are scrambled in a way that cannot be reversed, so nobody here can read yours. And every change to a part, order or stock level is logged with who did it and when.
Yes. You can upload your spreadsheet as-is and tell us which column is which, so you do not have to rearrange it first. You can also pull tools straight out of supplier catalogues instead of typing them in - the features page lists which suppliers we cover.
Yes, and this is the part most inventory tools miss. Bar and plate stock are tracked as physical pieces, not just a quantity: receive a length, cut from it, and the remnant is tracked as its own piece with what is left on it. You can see what is actually available to cut before you promise a job.
Yes. You can give an AI assistant - Claude, for example - its own key to your inventory, and then just ask it things like whether you still have a particular cutter, or what is on order from a supplier. It reads the live numbers, so the answer is what the system actually says rather than a guess. It can also put together a draft purchase order when something is short, but it cannot send that order or change any stock - a person still reviews and issues it. You choose what each key is allowed to look at, you can set it to expire on a date, and any change made with it is recorded against it in the log.
Yes, 20% off. Switch the toggle on the pricing page to yearly before you start - no need to contact us.
Email support on every plan, typically answered within one business day. Higher plans add scheduled calls and priority phone support - the pricing table shows which plan includes what.
